High Pressure Laminate is sheets of kraft paper treated with phenolic resins, layered together, then subjected to high pressure causing the phenolic compounds to chemically cross-bond and then the melamine – impregnated decorative surface papers give the face of the panel its color or pattern and creates the scratch resistant surface. HPL lockers are less expensive, easy to install, ideal for retrofit, hygienic, safe, good looks, etc.
